Firstly, i clicked data and privot table. Next, i chosen a candidate name on rows. Then, i added field that is year on value and i altered “summarize by" from sum to min. And then, i added field that is age on value and i changed “summarize by" from sum to min. Also, i opened a new sheet and i copied a min year and a min age to a new sheet. After that, i clicked data and privot table in the new sheet. Then, i chosen a min year on row. And then, i added field of min age and i varied “summarize by" from sum to average. Also, i added field of min age again and i changed “summarize by" from sum to median. In addition, i choesn a range not including total. Also, i inserted a chart and i found a suitable chart. Finally, i entered min:32 and max:48 to adjust size on vertical axis.
